Greetings, dear children of the night!

There are new poems up by one of our newest members,

Thank you so much for contributing to this community. I wasn't able to upload all the poems she sent by now, so there are more to follow. I am glad to have another poet with us!

We still need further contestants for Blood Magic. Deadline is the 30th of April. Please help to keep this community alive by participating. We'll need at least 2 more contestants, otherwise we'd have to cancel the contest.

Closing down the club:

There have been very few reactions to our club in the last few weeks so I decided to take a little rest and wait if anything changes. It hasn't. Since the responses are so low, I am no longer interested in spending my time for this club. Those few active members: I am sorry. If anyone wishes to continue this club's work and feels like administrating it, I will gladly share the password with him/her and give him/her all rights. I myself am leaving.

I'm sorry to hear you say your closing down the club. I thoroughly enjoyed the contests, and seeing everyone's different take on what a 'vampire' is.

Hmmm I must chase my sugary treat with a grain of salt. I had wondered often how it was that you found the will to keep this going, what with everything in your personal life pulling you in all sorts of different directions.

Sadly, I myself will probably withdrawl to my little corner again. Any who wish to watch me and talk with me are welcomed to do so. I don't bite....often. We all have something in common afterall. I enjoy many of the other works by artists here.

I'm still the same me in any case, so if you like that, go right ahead and make a place for yourself on my page. You will have to be patient however, I have not written or drawn anything in a while. I still comment to others on occasion...I just don't feel like creating anything lately. Summer and its oppresive heat depresses me...amoung other things lately.

I'm sure I could think of other things to say, but the truth of it all is that I just don't have the heart or mind to do so at the moment. Be well...all of you.
